Road safety campaign: Handing on the baton to the electorate

IF YOU ever visit my social media, you will see that I have posted Facebook vlogs about the dangerous Green Lane bus stop which sits on the lethal Chichester to Selsey road near my home in the village of Hunston, West Sussex.

Of course, I’m too much of a realist to delude myself that my one-woman online protest will hit any nerve with Stagecoach, WSCC Highways and landowners south of Hunston to finally get their act together to address safety issues.

And I’m also aware that my other Facebook vlogs demanding safe public footpaths from Hunston to neighbouring Sidlesham and from Stockbridge, Donnington to Sidlesham will never garner traction with those in power until the electorate sit up, pay attention and demand road safety action too.

I’m not going to drone on about this issue here but I would invite you to visit my WordPress website and my Facebook page to get to know me and my online campaign as both a local freelance journalist and elector.
